Will
Will is a legal testament which is written by a person, the testator in here expresses his willingness as to how his or her property has to be distributed or succeeded after his demise along with the names and the percent of shares in case of partition. A will can be amended as many times as the testator wishes in his life and is also not mandatory to register a will. Although the execution of the will shall differ from place to place.
Simple Will: A basic will that outlines the distribution of assets
Joint Will: Created by two individuals, typically spouses, to dictate how their assets will be distributed
Living Will: Also known as an advance directive, it outlines an individual's healthcare wishes in case they become incapacitated.
Holographic Will: Handwritten by the testator and may not require witnesses, depending on local laws.
Oral Will: Spoken by the testator in front of witnesses and then recorded in writing
Pour-Over Will: Used in conjunction with a trust, it transfers assets into the trust upon the testator's death.
