Memo of Understanding
A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a preliminary, non-binding agreement between parties outlining terms and expectations for a proposed business relationship or project. While not legally enforceable, it serves as a record of intentions and can guide the drafting of a formal contract if parties choose to proceed.
