Family Litigation

Family Litigation

Family litigation refers to legal disputes that arise within families over property, inheritance, child custody, divorce, or other matters. Family litigation can be emotionally charged and complex, and often involves issues related to property succession.

For example, family litigation may arise when there is a dispute over the validity of a will, when there are questions about the distribution of assets or property, or when family members disagree over how to care for an elderly or incapacitated relative. Family litigation may involve negotiation, mediation or litigation in court, depending on the circumstances of the case.
